Bunjie offers FREE delivery* on online orders over $75 within New Zealand. For orders under $75, the standard shipping fee is $9.
Delivery

If your order is to be delivered to a NZ address via Standard Shipping, we will do our best to deliver your order within 10 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date that you placed the order..
Just a note: Bunjie reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses. -
If your order is to be delivered to an International address via Standard International Shipping, our ETA on delivery time is 10+ working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays). This doesn't include any queues in customs and delays that are caused outside of the postal carrier’s control.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the Bunjie website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The amount payable to Bunjie for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);

the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
the sum of any other fees which Bunjie levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees). -
Just one last thing.... you need to pay the Order Amount by credit card, or PayPal at the time of submitting the Order. Bunjie accepts Visa or Mastercard.
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your Bunjie goodies. If something’s not right, we’re here to help! You’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match its description.

A few things to note:
We will need your order number or receipt and a photo of the faulty product along with its batch code. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Nappies: We are unable to accept returns on our Probiotic Eco Nappies/Pants for change of mind. Not sure on sizing? Try a free 2-pack samples or start with a trial pack before committing to a monthly supply!
This policy only applies to purchases made directly from www.bunjiestore.co.nz. If you’ve purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly regarding their returns policy.
